Acceptance

By accessing or using VideoProd ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

VideoProd is an automated script-to-video production tool that rewrites scripts, generates voiceovers and images, and assembles rendered videos from the inputs you provide. Access requires an account and may require administrator approval.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights to use it.
• You must not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit and the outputs generated for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your inputs and store your outputs to operate the Service.

Availability & changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoProd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
