Overview

VideoProd ("we", "us") provides an automated script-to-video production tool. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using VideoProd you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication identifier, provided when you sign in (via email/password or Google).
• Content you submit: scripts, YouTube URLs, Google Doc links, reference audio, and related project settings you upload to run the pipeline.
• Generated outputs: rewritten scripts, voiceovers, images, and videos produced from your inputs.
• Usage records: processing status and cost/usage logs associated with your account.

How we use your information

We use your data solely to authenticate you, run the production pipeline you request, store your projects and outputs, and show your usage and costs. We do not sell your personal data.

Google sign-in

If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) to create and identify your account. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, or other Google data through Google sign-in.

Third-party services

We use trusted processors to operate the service, including Firebase Authentication (login), Cloudflare (storage and network), and AI/GPU providers used to generate voiceovers, images, and video. These providers process data only to deliver the requested functionality.

Data retention & deletion

We retain your account and content while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; on deletion, your projects, outputs, and profile are removed.

Security

Access is protected by authenticated sessions and server-side verification. Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure.
